Project & Responsibilities:
LikeJapan is a leading online media platform based in Hong Kong, dedicated to providing Japanese travel information to tourists in Hong Kong and Taiwan and providing e-coupon service for travelers to Japan. We’re currently seeking a passionate, flexible, and bilingual Enterprise Sales professional to join our team. Your role will play a crucial part in establishing inbound sales for our e-coupon service and shaping our business. If you thrive in a fast-paced, globally unique working environment and enjoy challenges, this project is the perfect fit for you.

The goal of the project:

  • You’ll have the opportunity to work on HK-Japan cross border startup one of the top online travel media in Hong Kong
  • You can help and gain hands on experience to growth business from scratch

About us:

  • Currently, 7 fulltime members (2 are in Tokyo and 5 are in Hong Kong, the team speak Japanese)
  • This role’s report line will be CEO
ポジション概要

Responsibilities:

  • Creating enterprise sales process and opportunities for Like Japan’s e-coupon service (Our target is Japanese chains including, restaurants and leisure)
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our enterprise customer base
  • Understand client needs and develop custom-fit solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Collaborate with the HK team to identify and grow opportunities within Japan
  • Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and business environment

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with upsell capabilities
  • Native level Japanese and business level English
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging sales presentations
  • Strong aptitude for planning and strategic thinking
  • A self-motivated individual who embraces flexibility and is unafraid to challenge conventional approaches

Work Schedule:

  • Commitment of this project is at least 2 days (16 hours)/per week (open to those who can commit more time)
  • Remote is possible
