Developed two hologram video capture system prototypes in 3 months. Created real-time hologram video display of persons filmed using depth cameras. Designed hologram video capture studio linked to a Cloud-based web-platform for enjoying hologram videos online. Managed startup operations, including fundraising, partner searching, and dev team hiring.

Managed multiple systems, such as ERP, WMS, BI tools, Quality management, and CRM. Conducted assessment of business best practices and new standards for system and process improvement. Created roadmaps for operations and manufacturing systems. Led system deployments, including system definition, development, testing, training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Managed the development of high-precision Printed Circuit Board (PCB) testing machines for major PCB manufacturers in China and USA. Created machine development plan and strategy. Defined system requirements and managed system and mechanical/electrical development. Oversaw system testing, user acceptance/validation, delivery, and on-site training.

Developed a new way to improve co-creative programming. Customized the Scratch programming application using Smalltalk OOP language. Worked with Papero robots.
