- Interviewed stakeholders and conducted remote workshops to uncover project goals, explore solutions, & determine brand experience. - Led user research to understand behaviors influencing key design decisions. Created the discussion guide, moderated sessions, synthesized research, & generated personas. - Generated design flows, integrated AI into design, & led design reviews. Hired and managed a visual designer. - Worked closely with leadership and engineering to track implementation issues.

- Interviewed business, data science, and UX stakeholders to uncover project goals and scope. - Led user interviews with oncologists, nurses, and cancer patients. Synthesized research and developed personas, patient journey map, and process decision map. - Led design reviews and client workshops to refine deliverables. - Created a proof-of-concept design framework and a click-through prototype for validation testing.

I led the design and oversaw the implementation and release of Dzus Industries' first product, the Elemental Cocktails iOS app. Elemental Cocktails is the premier platform for collecting and sharing craft cocktail recipes.

I worked closely with Atlanta Spirits Retail founder to establish the brand identity and customer experience vision of Elemental Spirits Co., a specialty neighborhood bottle shop focused on craft spirits, wine, and beer in Atlanta, Georgia.

Led user experience teams on key accounts, including Activision and Nike Jordan. Reviewed all design work and coached team members on solutions. Led workshops to distill solutions from internal team and stakeholders, resulting in at least one faltering project finally getting traction with the client.

Led public and private Interaction Design and Service Design courses including 4-day intensives. Coached individual students and groups on course projects and design process and developed course content.

Led interaction design and user research on complex projects for startups, large healthcare, and financial clients. Led client check-ins, design walk-throughs, and final presentations with clients and stakeholders. Developed and facilitated workshops for clients and stakeholders at key points in the design process. Cooper, a pioneering UX design consultancy established in 1992, was acquired in 2017 by Designit.
