Project & Responsibilities:
TRiCERA was established in 2018, and we provide services such as “TRiCERA ART” and “ARTCLiP” to support artists globally. We’re looking for experienced and customer-centric Frontend Developer and Backend Developer who can lead our product development and are passionate about expanding the possibilities of art together. You’ll be part of the Product team, working alongside the Director and Project Manager and other team members (Designers and Engineers, etc.) to design, develop, operate, and improve our products.

The goal of the project:

• You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in “agile development” in fast-paced environment
• As a member of the rapidly growing company, you will see your ideas come to life very quickly

Team Structure:
Director x 1
Project Manager x 1
Engineers x 2
UI Designer x 1
UX Designer x 1

• You’ll be reporting to the Director.
• We’re a product team where UI/UX and development come together.

Time Commitment:

• Commitment of this project is 20 hours per week (open to those who can commit more time)
• Work times are flexible
• Development task happens on a 2 week cycle and so our catch ups are bi-weekly
• This project can be fully remote or hybrid (up to your preference)
• Ideally, we’d like to find someone who might be open to working with us long-term.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new features/services/projects
• Operate and improve existing products
• On days you’re working, participate in online huddle meeting for 15 mins at 11am

Who You Are

• Experienced in frontend development of web application design, development, operation, and improvement
• Have knowledge of web service and network security
• Experienced in team management
• Ability to work with ownership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience in creating process for development and internal collaboration
• Experience in coordination of detailed specifications with stakeholders and identification of risks in the front-end process
• Experience in design, development, and operation of microservice architecture, mobile native applications

• Optional attendance: company-wide meeting on Tuesday 12 – 1pm
