Following the discontinuation of Sollective's project matching service on September 30, 2026, Sollective will be formally ceasing business operations from December 31, 2026.
We've long believed that highly skilled freelancers - those with deep expertise and extensive knowledge who thrive as independents - bring great value to Japanese society.
With the goal of having that value properly recognized and expanding the opportunities available to you, we have worked to create opportunities for freelancers to flourish and to support their collaboration with companies.
While holding this belief dear, we carefully considered whether to continue the service, in light of the rapid advances in technology, changes in how people work, and shifts in the market surrounding the service. As a result, we reached the decision to cease operations.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the freelancers, community members, and companies who were a part of Sollective’s journey.

About Personal Information and Registered Data
As of Tuesday, September 15, 2026, login to this platform has been disabled.
Personal information registered on the platform—such as profile information, resumes, and portfolios—and data you registered or entered in FreelanceOS® can be downloaded until noon on Tuesday, December 15, 2026.

User data on the platform will be deleted after noon on Tuesday, December 15, 2026. You do not need to individually request deletion or complete any procedures in advance.
Once the deadline passes, you will not be able to download data from the platform, so please save any data you need before then.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as specified in the privacy policy.

- What happens to my personal information?
All profile data and uploaded documents, such as CVs, portfolios or FreelanceOS data, are available to download until December 15, 2026.
Data exports can be requested until December 15, 2026. After this date, all remaining data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
