Leading the product management team for minacolor, working closely with executive leadership, business, operations and engineering teams to deliver product across our three lines of business (e-commerce, professional services, and fulfillment/ops). Revamped the project governance and delivery lifecycle at minacolor. Successfully led the launch of our new online services business, from zero to expected profitability in under 6 months.

Program manager for Japan, responsible for annual planning, product strategy, organizational structuring, resourcing, optimizing Agile practices, and cross functional communication for the region. In a short time frame, was able to take over the JP Pillar role, relaunch the new organizational structure, introduce automation and frameworks to improve efficiencies, and lead the execution of several regional and company wide events like an internal Hackathon.
