◇Developed an application to organize volumes of photos, approximately 3K, by eliminating 3 manual steps resulting in reduction of approximately 29 days of each month and saving circa 9,000 US$ with team of 5 - 10 members. （現場ごとに約3000枚の写真を整理するアプリケーションを開発し、3つの手作業をなくすことで、毎月約29日の作業時間の短縮、毎月約100万円のコスト削減に貢献（5～10人の開発メンバーのPM）

◇Headed sales and engineering team comprised of 5 people and achieved highest performance circa 270K USD by liaising and defining Pharmaceutical's complex business requirements. （計5人の営業・技術チームを率い、製薬会社の複雑なビジネス要件に対応し、約3000万円の契約を獲得）
