Sollective Contract Update | eSigning and Business Names for Freelancers

Share:

Just a few months ago, we launched Keiraku for all Sollective members. In the time since then, hundreds of freelancers and companies that hire freelancers have benefitted from customizable, safe, freelancer-friendly contracts. We’ve gathered valuable feedback from our users and we’re proud to announce the immediate release of the following new features for all Sollective members:

Secure eSignatures for Contracts

All Sollective users can now create and sign contracts directly within Keiraku. Powered by the same technology as your favorite digital signature platforms such as CloudSign or Freee Sign, we support full PAdES long term signature support to any contract you sign using Keiraku by Sollective.

Contracts signed using Keiraku of course come with full AATL(Adobe Approved Trust List), TSA-based Timestamp, and compatibility with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act of 2021. And because we’re committed to supporting freelancers in Japan, this comes included for any freelancer using Sollective.

Support for Freelancer Business Names

Many freelancers on Sollective are incorporated as businesses in Japan. In order to better support these members, we now allow users to set a Business Name for their account via their account settings.

This Business Name will be automatically used in any future contracts created by freelancers. In addition, it is possible to change or add a Business name to any contracts already created (but not yet signed) on Sollective. We hope that this change gives our members more flexibility and freedom in running their freelance businesses.

Welcome to Sollective! We're a Japanese startup committed to 'proving the real value of freelancing'. Our platform is designed specifically for improving freelance in Japan. We're here not only to support freelancers in finding their perfect career path but also to educate Japanese companies in adopting agile organizations. Want to learn more?
