Hi there! This is Allen, Co-Founder and CPO of Sollective. Since Sollective is built with a tiny all-remote team, we rely on transparency in communication to effectively collaborate. That’s why I’d like to share regular updates about the design and development of our product with our members as well as the community of makers and innovators here on Note.

We’ve recently made some updates and enhancements to one of the core parts of our platform and what most users interact with on Sollective on a daily basis: the user profiles.

Recruiter Profiles

Sollective is unique in that freelancers and recruiters have the freedom to reach out to each other. This is an incredible opportunity for companies to start forming relationships with freelancers early.

To make the communication process easier, Recruiters can share what type of outreach they’d like from freelancers on Sollective.

Company Profiles

Freelancers need to consider more than just projects: we want to be able to work on great things for great companies. Every company on Sollective is screened – just like all of our freelance members: we want to provide the safest experience for everyone, as well as the most interesting and challenging projects.

We know the companies on Sollective are some of the most forward-thinking companies in Japan and we wanted to make sure that every company has the opportunity to share their unique vision and so we’ve added more fields so that you can make more of an impression on freelancers.
